- Our HEPA vacuums trap spores, pollen, airborne bacteria and dust mite feces
- Lots of allergens- particles down to 0.3 microns in diameter. Old fashioned vacuum bags let fine particles (and most allergens) through to remain airborne for up to eight hours. We use backpack vacuums for their superior performance and maximum maneuverability.
- Tile floors vacuumed, not dust mopped to remove allergens and debris wall to wall, particularly from edges and corners and beneath furniture.
- Microfiber dust wipes- not feather dusters- trap and remove dust and other allergens from your building.
- Our microfiber damp mops remove more fine particles than string mops. A study conducted by the UC Davis Medical center, per the EPA, demonstrates superior pathogen removal; bacterial cultures show a 30% reduction using string mops, versus 99% using microfiber. Saves water and chemicals too!

- Restrooms and break rooms thoroughly disinfected with approved solutions, providing broad spectrum disinfection (pseudomonacidal, staphylocidal, salmonellacidal, fungicidal, virucidal).
