Some days or weeks are not as easy as others.  Sometimes the best thing you can do is challenge yourself to; not think, not wonder, not imagine and not obsess.  Just breathe and have faith that everything will work out for the best.
Don't allow the negative things in your life spoil all  the remarkably good things.  Choose to stay positive and happy.  Forget all the bad things you've encountered this week and have a great weekend!
