a lot of hard work goes into a good reputation

We always work hard towards what is real and important to us - our reputation.  If you think about it...a lot rides on how we present ourselves.  When you offer reliability and trust it shows how dedicated you are in what you do.
The reward of having a good reputation is better revenue coming in, better relationships with the people you work with and more opportunities.  Customers have been shown to care about your business more if you have a good reputation.
Build your business reputation on the things you want people to think about your business.  There will always be other companies around to offer a cheaper service, but if they looking around, they will find better quality and dependability from a reputable company.  
We have worked very hard for the last 36 years to develop a good reputation, and I'm proud to say we are still earning it.
