We know you're busy and sometimes don't have time to work on the what your cleaning needs are.  We are a service that is easy to communicate with- you can call (This is the fastest way to get in touch with the owner)  Texting is the next best thing.  E-,mail is a little slower, as the owner is more hands on than technology savvy.  (just keeping it real!)  Some of the workplaces we clean have a notebook in a designated area where they can leave a note.  These are all effective ways that work for our service business.  Let us know if you have a new or different way to communicate with your customers,  we are always willing to try new things.
