Yesterday was a huge challenge for us.
We had to deal with customer service from several different places that could use some major improvement. In two cases, they said it was because their computer took charge and kicked out the problems that we were trying to fix. They did not even have the courtesy tell us about the problem in the first place, we had to discover it for ourselves. Customer service should improve significantly when you deal with a real person and not a computer. However, our problem was with a well-known bank that we have used for over 30 years. They unfortunately referred to the computer and stated that they could not do anything about it, even though a simple click could have fixed the problem instantly, This lack of customer service will result in us finding a new banking institution immediately. They obviously did not value our business and we are sorry that we stuck with them for so long. Customer service must be able to listen carefully to users' request and provide them with a resolution. People want to know that they have reached the right place to get help. Having confidence in the companies that you have to deal with on a regular basis leads to a successful partnership. We value all of our clients and customers and go out of our way to remember that they are all important to us.
