It's hard not to find anybody who is not crazy busy during the holidays. Even kids's are over scheduled with classes and extracurricular activities that seem to kick into an even higher gear at the end of the year with tests, finals and holiday programs. We have noticed this year that many of our businesses are having their holiday parties earlier in the month. Hopefully, this is so that they can feel less stressed at work and can focus on enjoying this wonderful time of the year.
The very best use of your time is to spend it with loved ones. Play. Spend time doing silly things and laughing with family and friends. Keep fit, exercise and eat well and try to stay healthy. (Stock up on anti-bacterial and use it every time you come into contact with a germy surface) Stay hydrated! I have a hard time with this one since the weather has (finally) cooled down and I would rather stop for a coffee or coke to keep my energy up. Ice water just doesn't sound appealing. Delegate what you can to lower your stress level, have someone share the chore with you and get it done in half the time. Hire a cleaning service that doesn't break the bank this time of year --- or throughout the entire year. Anything you can do to spend less money and have more time doing what you love. Try a few of these and see if you feel just a little bit better instantly. Have a great Wednesday!
