Did you know that the Organ Pipe Cactus National located in southern Arizona is a designated UNESCO International Biosphere Reserve? Each reserve is a protected area meant to create a balanced relationship between people and nature. There are 669 biosphere reserves in 120 countries. Arizona has two! The other one is located in Beaver Creek, which is south of Flagstaff. These would both be a great weekend drive.
There are many adventures in Arizona within our own state borders. Wonderful communities that make us proud to call Arizona home. WHAT IT MEANS TO BE LOCAL IN ARIZONA We are proud to be members of the organization Local First Arizona. This is a statewide non-profit organization that works to strengthen communities and local economies by supporting locally owned businesses. Studies show that money stays and re-circulates more often when spent at locally owned businesses. These businesses have more knowledge about how to serve you, they are aware of the problems or interests in your area. Our janitorial service is an independent, locally owned business that employees people to help build a strong economy. We do not pay ridiculously high franchise fees to an out of state company. Instead we put the money towards hiring and training people so that they are knowledgeable in what are important issues that are unique to our state. (Such as dust and pollen in the air causing allergies) Instead of using a big name company, why not try a local service that offers a personal touch in a professional manner. BUY LOCAL, EAT LOCAL, GO LOCAL
