Monday can be the most stressful and dreaded day of the week. You may be facing a negative work environment or a yucky boss or co-workers. Back to work time is never pleasant.
Monday can also be a day of new starts and beginnings. The possibilities of what you can get done are endless. You can look back with satisfaction if you begin the week with momentum (and coffee) and will be pleased with all your accomplishments. Start with a positive attitude and achieve your goals. List or no-list, you can set your intentions for the next hour, day or week. It is up to you how much you would like to accomplish. I started today with an early yoga class. It helps set my mind and gives me the energy to use throughout my day. Little things that you do every day can make a big difference. Remember that whatever you get done today, you don't have to do tomorrow. So, if you are starting out your Monday not being rich or famous, I hope that your coffee is strong, your day short and your accomplishments huge. Happy Monday!
