Proud to be in the bbb

Nothing makes you feel like a successful business more than receiving an invitation to join the Better Business Bureau!  We appreciate  the challenges of meeting a deadline and turning over a product or service that we can be proud of, we are happy to be part of this highly motivated group.
​We have always had high standards and have followed our own set of rules.  Becoming a member of BBB was not challenging in how we operate our business practices.  Treating people as you wish to be treated is easy, and we have earned quite a bit of business by word of mouth.   Being friendly and accommodating is just as important as just saying "yes" to people's requests.
We carry a strong work ethic, receiving accreditation from BBB helps prove that we are trustworthy and reliable.
We had some storm damage recently and before we hired a company to come in and give us estimates, we checked with the Better Business Bureau to see if they had any complaints against them.  Our home warranty company unfortunately, does not require that the services they send out have accreditation with the BBB.  A few of the companies they sent out performed very highly and others, not so much.  Out of curiosity, I checked their record and found (not surprisingly) that they had a poor rating.  I find this sad, because it is so much easier to just do a good job that you are proud of.
