STAY POSITIVE, WORK HARD, AND DON'T GIVE UP HOPE

  We have had many celebrations this week including birthdays and graduations that have kept us busy.  These are joyous occasions that family and friends should take time to enjoy.  As with birthdays, we are looking forward to the year ahead and hope that it is better than the last.  Graduations bring many long speeches about the entire future which is filled with hopes and dreams.
Although some of our graduations were many years ago these speeches bring to light that we still have the hope of running a successful business that gives many employees a chance at the future.  Whether it is short term as they work and attend school or long term to raise families and have a good life.  Helping create a good work ethic is important to how you shape your whole life, and how successful you become, no matter what you choose to do.
