They even went as far as having the building re-measured; taking out mere inches of wall space and closets in order to cut down the square footage.  This lead to a negative working environment for their frustrated customers because they still wanted walls cleaned and the floors vacuumed.  The security company was forced to cut back and eventually quit, leaving the people they had come to know and trust without security all together.
