what frustrates you most about running your business?

We face a daily struggle to grow our business.  We hire good people who have family values and care about how they work, and how they live their lives.  So often, these things intertwine  and you come face to face with people you see in the work place as well as in your daily life. You don't always need to act professional, but just being kind and courteous can make a remarkable difference in someones day and how they think of you.
Making the right choices
Our choices and business decisions dictate whether or not we will succeed in business.  It is a constant challenge to find ways to be recognized for our skill-set and longevity.  So many people place under market prices on something that they themselves do not want to do. but would miss if it wasn't performed on a regular basis.   I imagine that this is a constant struggle for most businesses.  Wouldn't it be nice if there was some new revolutionary idea to change the way people think? 
Make a difference
As for our business, we will continue to show that we care about making a difference for the companies that we work for.   We want to help them stay focused and motivated and do what we can to make their offices clean and ready for them to work,  so they can focus on what they need to do.
At the end of the day...we are all just people who are working towards finding our happy place.
